PRIVACY POLICY

What information do we collect, and how do we use it?

You may voluntarily submit data using the forms on the “Home” page and the “Contact” page of this website. When you submit a message using one of these forms, the submission time is recorded in addition to the name, message, email, phone number, and location that you report. This information is collected and stored using the Wix.com platform.

This website uses Google Analytics, which collects information on site visitors’ cookies, device and browser, IP address, and activities on this site. Information used to identify site visitors may include a user ID, Google signals, and/or device ID. Google Analytics measurement data enables us to understand visitors’ interactions with the site and offer relevant advertising.

How do we share, use, and disclose your personal information?

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

For Google Analytics user and event data (that associated with cookies, user identifiers, or advertising identifiers), the retention period is 2 months. This period is reset upon new user activity. How can you withdraw consent or modify your information?

You may request deletion of individually recorded data that is stored by Wix.com or Google Analytics. However, deletion of Google Analytics data associated with a user identifier will not delete aggregate data associated with that user. You may request deletion of data by emailing staff@dietrich-law.com or submitting a request through the form on the “Home” page or the “Contact” page. Site visitors may also use these methods of contact to request a copy of data collected on them.

If you are signed in to you Google Account, you may review and control data that is collected when you use Google services, such as Google Analytics, at https://myactivity.google.com/. You may also opt out of Google Analytics by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which can be found at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
